Information you provide
The contact form collects your name, work email address, optional organization, area of interest, and message. If a public business email is enabled, correspondence sent to that address also contains the information you choose to provide. The website does not create a customer account.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, discuss requested services, maintain business correspondence, and meet applicable legal or security obligations. Meynkern does not sell personal information.
Website hosting and processing
The static website is delivered through Azure Static Web Apps. Contact submissions are validated by an Azure Static Web Apps managed Function and delivered through Resend to an approved private business mailbox. DNS, hosting, security, and email providers may process the information required to operate those services.
Contact-form safeguards
The Function validates field formats and sizes, rejects unsupported requests, uses a honeypot and basic repeat protection, and returns limited status information. Visitor-provided text is escaped before it is included in email content. Provider credentials and the destination mailbox remain in server-side application settings.
Storage and retention
The initial contact implementation does not create a customer account or store inquiries in a website database. Accepted inquiries are delivered as business email and may remain in business correspondence according to operational needs and any applicable obligations. Final retention periods require owner and legal approval.
Analytics and cookies
No optional advertising analytics service is currently enabled by this website. If analytics or additional cookies are introduced, this policy and any required consent mechanism must be updated before activation.
